Our story
Nichols Building is a WA based family-owned business, operating with a wealth of experience of over 25 years. The Managing Director is a registered builder adding to the expertise and services we provide.
Our management team is committed to providing and maintaining a safe site for employees, subcontractors and others affected by works. We believe that all accidents are preventable and foster a culture of zero harm.
Providing services predominately to construction sites, pre and post practical completion as our innovative approach, insight into the works required and can-do attitude has resulted in our managing the final close out of works on many projects and continuing with maintenance programmes.
